The Loch Harbour Group, Inc. (LHG) is pleased to announce that it is among the “apparently successful offerors” for the Department of Homeland Security’s PACTS contract, for Functional Category I - Program Management. The contract is available for use by all offices of the U.S.  Department of Homeland Security (DHS). In support of Executive Order 13360, PACTS is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside.

The Program Management Category includes advisory and assistance services on administrative management issues, such as financial planning and budgeting, equity and asset management, records management, office planning, strategic and organizational planning, site selection, and business process improvement. Services under this Functional Category may also include but are not limited to that of general management consultants that provide a full range of administrative; human resource; marketing; physical distribution and logistics; or other management consulting services.
