DHS Technical, Acquisition and Business Support Services (TABSS) is a strategically-sourced, Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicle enabling the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and its components to competitively procure a wide range of mission and operational support services — anywhere in the world. Issued and administered by the U.S. Coast Guard, Loch Harbour Group has access to the TABSS contract under Domain 1 (Small Business Track). This Domain comprises 39 program management, engineering, and technical support service areas. Loch Harbour Group and our partners offer deep expertise and best-value solutions to effectively support DHS mission and operations.
With a total combined ceiling of all TABSS contracts of $11 billion, the five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) TABSS contract will be available for use by DHS and all of its component organizations. The TABSS contract provides a comprehensive range of services in the areas of program management, finance, and acquisition support and will consolidate several Coast Guard contracts and replace three expired DHS-wide blanket purchase agreements.
