Mr. Braddock is President of the Loch Harbour Group (LHG), a corporation he founded in 1995. Prior to LHG he was a Director of Programs for the BDM Corporation. His corporate experience involves directing Programs in Information Technology, Logistics, Manufacturing Technology, Base Realignment and Closure, developing and implementing long and short range strategic plans and programs of modern military systems. Mr. Braddock is a Disabled Veteran of the Vietnam War and is the President Emeritus of the Ambassadors of Mary, a religious organization in Arlington Diocese of Virginia.
Mr. Hislop is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and possesses more than 24 years’ financial management experience in government contracting with management consulting firms and other institutions. Mr. Hislop is well versed in corporate financial management strategy, financial statements, financial analysis, budgeting, cash management, and internal and external reporting. In his role as a Chief Financial Officer, his responsibilities include tax strategy planning, industry competitive financial analyses, oversight of the annual capital budget, continuous development and analysis of the corporate strategic plan, cash flow management, analysis of financial statements, accounting staff supervision and senior management of all financial operations of the firm.
Ms. Massey is a seasoned leader, strategist, analyst and certified Project Management Professional with over 25 years’ experience and success in simultaneously managing and controlling multiple projects. She has managed geographically dispersed contractual efforts in multiple regions of the U.S. and abroad while consistently ensuring that all contractual obligations are fulfilled, quality standards are met, and associated expectations of performance are achieved. Ms. Massey has demonstrated skill and success in strategic planning; organizational planning; project control methodologies, and financial management. She is a highly motivated results oriented professional with a strong commitment to quality and excellence. Ms. Massey has over 25 years of Federal Civil Service experience and retired from the Senior Executive Service in 2003. Ms. Massey has over 25 years of Federal Civil Service experience with 8 years as a Senior Executive Service member.
Ms. Everett-Shepherd is a seasoned Human Resources professional with over 10 years of experience. She is highly skilled in recruitment, open requisition management, redeployment, benefits analysis, total compensation, employee retention to include employee performance, development and training and change management. She has managed projects and created procedures for government customers. Ms. Everett-Shepherd is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM). She holds a Masters Certificate in Human Resources Management from Villanova University and a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from North Carolina Central University.
