October 10, 2019 – Alexandria, VA – Loch Harbour Group (LHG), a professional services consulting company serving the Federal government and private sectors, is pleased to announce the appointment of Gen. (Retired) David M. Maddox as a member of LHG’s Board of Directors. General Maddox is a retired United States Army four-star general who served as Commander in Chief, United States Army, Europe, and in other overseas and domestic assignments.
The Board also appointed Major General Steven (Steve) W. Smith, United States Army, Retired, as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of LHG, and Haydn Hislop as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of LHG.
