LHG integrates program management with Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) to help federal organizations manage that complexity from planning through execution.

At Headquarters Air Force Test & Evaluation, LHG delivers engineering, project management, and financial management expertise supporting T&E across the Department of the Air Force: technical studies, documentation review, operational and statistical analysis, PPBE, acquisition activities, and program management for Joint Test and Evaluation and aerial-target programs.

At Buckley Space Force Base, LHG provides program management and technical oversight supporting more than $5 billion in mission-critical infrastructure. For Army Futures Command, our specialists contribute to capability development and requirements engineering for Army command posts, including JCIDS documentation, architecture integration, DOTMLPF analysis, and interoperability activities.

Our logistics and asset management teams keep the physical side of the mission running: facility and operational logistics, material control, maintenance coordination, and asset lifecycle management. At NIWC Pacific, LHG provides audit support, portfolio council and strategy management support, librarian services, and technical publications support.
